Gear Plan

When you enroll your child at Sunflower Seedlings we provide the gear so you don’t have too!

What do we provide?‍ ‍

  • Base Layers (top and bottom made from merino wool)

  • Mid layer (fleece jacket, vest, and leggings)

  • Wool gloves

  • Waterproof mittens

  • Waterproof rain jacket and coveralls with built in boot straps

  • Hiking backpack

  • Sunflower Seedlings t-shirt

What else will my child need?

  • Beanie

  • Neck Gaiter

  • Wool socks

  • Insulated and non-insulated rainboots

  • Close toed durable shoes

  • Insulated child size water bottle

  • Lunch box that can fit inside of backpack comfortably

  • Durable pair of pants

  • Keens water shoes or something similar (for warmer days when we do water play).

Note: This is not an extensive list. Your child may require additional clothing/gear.
